Staff picks: TV show we would most like to be on

With Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go and other streaming sites, it’s easier than ever for people to immerse themselves in the worlds of their favorite television worlds, but if it was actually possible to become a part of the worlds we watch, then the question becomes, which world would you choose?

If I could be in any TV show, I would definitely be in Grey’s Anatomy because, first, I would be best friends with Christina Yang (watch out Meredith) and, second, I would tell everyone how dumb and inappropriate their drama is for a work environment. I would enjoy their drama and find it entertaining. I just wouldn’t be a part of it. [Katie Matthews]

In addition to Full House being one of the best shows to air on television, I personally think we should elect Danny Tanner as supreme ruler of the world, so naturally, if I could be on a TV show, it would indefinitely be Full House. Next to Danny Tanner, John Stamos and scrunchies are tied as my second favorite things. And big sweaters. And big hair. And everything else that the 80s stands for. [Maggie Kimber]

The Office is mine. [Taylor A. Johnson]

H20 is where I belong. Obviously, I am an average high school student who lives a double life as a mermaid. It’s a real thing. I would fit right in. [Zoey Line]

Being the sports nerd that I am, I would probably just be on some show on the Big Ten Network. That way if I mess up on the air it won’t matter because no one is watching anyways. [Wyeth Wilson]

Today on 60 Minutes … I will talk for eight straight hours about Abraham Lincoln … while no one watches. [Tyler Hotz]

I would be on Friends because then I would have friends. [Danielle Fannon]

If I were to ever appear on a TV show, it would probably be America’s Funniest Home Videos. Let’s be honest, I have so many klutzy moments that one of them is bound to be caught on camera and broadcasted on a show that, thankfully, no one really watches anyway. [Tori Lafon]

I would definitely be on One Tree Hill. I would be best friends with Haley James, and I would probably hate Brooke Davis. In the later seasons I could babysit for the cutest little boy known to mankind, Haley and Nathan’s son Jamie Scott. [Mackenzie Lee]

Watch out New York, there’s a new face on the steps of the Met. Kelsey Kinzer seems to be making a move for the Queen spot, but we know B won’t go down without a fight and what will happen to Little J in all of these power plays? Only time will tell. XOXO, Gossip Girl [Kelsey Kinzer]

I love Phil Dunphy from Modern Family. If I could be really good friends with him, I would because I swear we are the same person and would really get along. Also, Luke Dunphy is really awesome. [Michael Lepard]
