The Bearden improv team will put on a show on Friday at 7 p.m. in the chorus room. Admission is $5 at the door, and everyone is invited to a night full of fun and laughter.

The team has been hard at work all semester, practicing and planning. The show will mainly feature comedic routines in a variety of formats, including games and long-form improv.

Games are short scenes that sometimes revolve around random props. Long-form improv begins with a monologue inspired by a single word, and then the other improv members spin off their own takes on that monologue.

“The goal for the show, personally, is to see the status of the team, but, more importantly, we are able to show off our talents,” said junior Ben Barber, who is co-captain of the team along with junior Jesse Mullins.
